Sustainable Packaging, Think Inside the Box!

Design Capabilities

Our in house design team will develop a modled pulp packaging solution to protect and organize your product. Through years of experience, in conjunction with SolidWorks 3D CAD software, EnviroPAK can offer innovative engineering and design solutions for your particular requirement.  Whether you need to protect & cushion your part, or simply require organization, our designers can tailor a custom solution for your application.

With the recent employment of our propietary FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software, Enviropak now has the capability of simulating drop test performance. FEA allows detailed visualization of where structures bend or twist, and indicates the distribution of stresses and displacements. FEA allows entire designs to be constructed, refined and optimized before the design is manufactured.

This powerful design tool has significantly improved both the standard of engineering designs and the methodology of the design process. The introduction of FEA has substantially decreased the time to take products from concept to the production line. In summary, benfits of FEA include increased accuracy, enhanced design and better insight into critical design parameters, virtual prototyping, fewer hardware prototypes, a faster and less expensive design cycle, increased productivity and increased revenue.
